About IHCI
Innovative Housing Consultants Inc. traces its origins to the 1978 founding of Inner City Housing Society, an organization which offered development consulting services to housing providers seeking to create affordable and/or socially beneficial housing developments. Incorporated as a company in 2003, IHCI continues this legacy by helping our clients develop affordable housing for households in need throughout British Columbia.
IHCI and its predecessors have been involved in the development or re-development of close to 5,000 units in over 100 non-profit housing communities (and one for-profit community), working with a variety of construction and design options and a similarly diverse collection of clients (including societies and co-ops with extremely varied mandates).
